The following attire is NOT permitted at any time:

-- Athletic Wear and/or sweats

--No bagging clothing - excessive

-- Clothing with Offensive Language

-- Torn or Soiled Clothing

-- Offensive tops

-- Shirtless vests

-- Do rags, chains, sunglasses

-- Steel toe boots

Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest displaying rude, argumentative or offensive behavior as well as not complying to the dress code above.

NO IN'S AND OUTS ARE ALLOWED

No refunds are offered for any reason

By entering this facility today, you are granting permission to use your image and print mediums, which may include television news programs and/or publications. The use of your image will not be allowed for any purpose other than the promotion of Club DV8 and is restricted by existing effective May 29, 2009.

WHAT YOU CAN NOT BRING INTO  CLUB DV8

Backpacks, excessive jewelry, food, beverage, glass, chains of any kind, cigarettes, gum, candy tins, marking materials, pins or jewelry that could be a weapon, hair spray, mouth wash containers, weapons (inlcuding pocket knives and/or pepper spray), alcohol, drugs, vicks, dust masks, balloons, pacifiers, bad vibes.
